About the Organisation
A & I Services and Consulting is an Albanian consulting company established in 2020. Its activities include EU project and grant development, project management, training, curriculum development, business consulting, accounting, coaching and consultancy for the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Role in DUALKO
AISC provides a private-sector and consultancy perspective to the project and contributes to all major work packages, including project management, research and development, DHE/e-learning development, pilot implementation and dissemination. Its participation supports the project’s objective of strengthening links between academia, employers and the wider business environment.
Project Team
Dr. Eliona Gremi is a university lecturer and researcher in Finance and Banking with more than 15 years of academic and project experience. She holds a PhD in Economic Sciences (Finance–Banking) from the University “Aleksandër Moisiu” of Durrës (2014) and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tirana (2011).
She serves as a Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani,” where she has been teaching since 2008. Her teaching and research areas include corporate finance, banking systems, and international trade.
Dr. Gremi has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Finance and Accounting, International Journal of Economics, Commerce and Management, and Academic Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies (MCSER). She has also participated in several international scientific conferences and acted as a Scientific Committee member and reviewer for events such as ScieConf and ICTIC conferences.
Her experience extends to EU-funded project management and academic collaboration, where she contributes to curriculum innovation, training design, and quality assurance in education and finance-related initiatives. She is currently involved in preparing and implementing Erasmus+ projects with European partner universities, focusing on sustainable economic education and digital learning transformation.
