About the Institution<\/strong><\/p>

WSB University is a Polish higher education institution with a strong orientation towards applied education, research, entrepreneurship, international cooperation and cooperation with the business sector. It provides programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels and contributes to international academic and EU-funded initiatives.<\/p>

Role in DUALKO<\/strong><\/p>

WSB participates across all major project work packages, contributing expertise to project management, research and development, the DUALKO e-learning environment, piloting and dissemination. According to the staff-effort allocation in Part B, WSB contributes particularly to WP4 \u2013 Piloting and Implementation<\/strong>, while also supporting WP1, WP2, WP3 and WP5.<\/p>

Project Team<\/strong><\/p>

Pawel Urgacz \u2013 Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>

Pawe\u0142 Urgacz is Head of the International Relations Office and Dean for Internationalization at WSB University. He has extensive experience in managing international education projects funded through Erasmus+, CBHE, Norway Grants and other programmes. His expertise includes internationalisation of higher education, mobility, global partnerships and international accreditations. He is also actively involved in innovative teaching approaches, including COIL, blended intensive programmes, gamification, challenge-based learning and micro-credentials.<\/p>

Denis Spahija \u2013 Project Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>

Denis Spahija holds a Bachelor\u2019s in Bussines Administration and a Master\u2019s in Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development (2010\u20132012) from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina. His MSc program was part of the Tempus project (145061-TEMPUS-2008-UK-JPHES), focusing on fostering entrepreneurship in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the State University of Tetova, North Macedonia. Mr. Spahija is well-versed in Erasmus+ projects. His contributions include projects such as EUFORIA, DRIVE, SUSWELL, SMAHPC, STAND, QUADIC, VR4Skills, G4Change, and EnterCBL.<\/p>
