It provides academic education and research and participates in international mobility, capacity-building and institutional development initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>Role in DUALKO<\/strong><\/p><p>UKZ leads <strong>WP4 \u2013 Piloting and Implementation of Dual Education Programmes<\/strong>. Its role includes coordinating the development of pilot-testing plans, training programmes for industry supervisors, training implementation, procurement of equipment, development of learning and training materials and pilot implementation of institution-specific DHE models. UKZ therefore plays a central role in translating the DUALKO concept into practical Dual Higher Education implementation.<\/p><p><strong>Project Team<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka \u2013 Vice-Rector for International Relations<\/strong><br \/>Prof. Leka has extensive experience in international law, international relations and Erasmus+ project development and management. He has coordinated and managed several Erasmus+ CBHE initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>Prof. Ass.
